What is VKALART shipping policy?
At www.vkalart.com, we provide world class shipping to all our customers that includes inspection, fast & on-time delivery, top quality packaging, insurance for the package, and timely communication at each stage of shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be delivered within 5-8 days depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen conditions including weather conditions, flight delays and etc. at the courier company end.
Are there shipping charges?
Shipping charges related information is given on the product description page.
Can I get delivery on all days?
You will get delivery on business days, Monday to Saturday excluding national and state holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver products internationally at this point in time. However, you can place your orders to India from any part of the world.
What are the mandatory elements to place a return request?
As per our return policy we request you to send the product preferably through (Courier) in a saleable condition. firstname.lastname@example.org for faster processing of your complaint. Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags, original packaging, invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition to the below mention address:
VKALART doesn't facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 15 days of registering the complaint. Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping @ VKALART.
NOTE: In case we don't receive your product with 15 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled.
What is VKALART 15-days Return Policy?
VKALART gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought on VKALART within 15 days of the receipt of the order.
The 15-day Return Policy at VKALART is a “No Question Asked Policy”. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied
• With the quality of the product
• With the fitting of the product
• Or if you receive a damaged product
All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Is there any product not eligible for replacement/return?

We have a very flexible and friendly 15-days returns policy that lets you return items - not only if they are damaged or incorrect, but also if you don't like them. We stick to our no-questions asked policy, and our staff will never ask you why you wish to return the painting, when you have to. For damaged/incorrect items we offer full refunds. Returns for framed paintings are only accepted in case of delivery of broken frames, otherwise not. Refunds are done to same credit/bank account used while making the transaction in case of prepaid orders, and Bank transfer is done in case of COD order customers (we will ask you for bank account number and IFSC in this case.)
Are the paintings hand painted?
We get to hear that often owing to our low costs. The answer is “Of course !”. All our paintings are 100% handmade and crafted by skilled artists. We do not deal in prints, canvas transfers, or products created using machined process. We directly source artwork from the artist and art communities. Apart from that, we have well managed Logistics network, and have made technological advancements in order processing. This helps us keep our operating costs at minimum and we pass the benefit on to you.
We do NOT and will NEVER sell prints. We believe Prints are like Artificial Diamonds, they are cheap and do the work in some way - but will never give you that satisfaction. We would rather keep our walls blank than put prints.
If we want to return our portraits, can it be possible?
No there is no provision of returning portraits (on demand), we will try to give you our good service but if you seems that there should be some correction we can do, but can not accept of returning portraits.
Are the paintings artist-signed and come with Certificate of Authenticity?
Paintings directly from company do come with and certificate of VKALART. Under every painting image, we have mentioned if it is artist signed and comes with a certificate. Please check the same.
Is every art customizable?
Most of the art pieces are. It is mentioned under painting image, if the art can be made in custom size. In case it’s written that information is not available, please do call or write to us. We will confirm it from respective artist and community and get back to you.
How long will it take me to receive the refund after I cancel the order?
You will receive a refund anytime between 7-15 days. It will be made in your Wallet as Store Credit Balance which can be used for your future purchases on www.vkalart.com.
I used Store Credit for an order. But later, I cancelled/returned the order. How will my Store Credit be refunded?
Your Store Credits will be refunded to your VKALART Store Credit.
What items can I buy in Replacement?
Any product/s can be bought in Replacement. The final price of Replacement products should be equal to the price of returned items.
Can I cancel the Replacement?
If you wish to cancel your Replacement order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and will refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.
Can I get refund in cash?
Your refund will convert in wallet as store credit. This Balance can be used for your future purchases on VKALART. It will not be paid you in cash through bank.
Will I be charged for Replacement?
There is no charge for Replacement. All you need to do is to return the original item and Replace it for an item/s of same value.
